Our Adhoc plugin & Core Update service includes the following:
- First, performing a full back up of the website which includes all website files and the website database
- Upgrading existing plugins that were previously installed by Mindwire on the clients WordPress website
- Upgrading the theme if a new them version is available
- Upgrading the WordPress core if a new core version is available
Should any incompatibility issues occur after the upgrades are completed, Mindwire will roll back to backup Mindwire performed prior to upgrading the website and then consult with The Client as to how to move forward.
Additional adhoc rates will apply for any research, investigation or custom coding required to resolve any plugin conflicts or issues arising due to the plugin updates or core updates. Mindwire will consult with The Client prior to proceeding with any work that will incur additional adhoc rates.
