Care Plan Terms & Conditions

The Care Plan includes the following services:

  • First, performing a full back up of the website which includes all website files and the website database
  • Upgrading existing plugins that were previously installed by Mindwire on the clients WordPress website
  • Upgrading the WordPress core if a new core version is available
  • Any fixes to remediate a WordPress hack (this won’t likely happen as we will keep an eye on your site – but it’s good to know we’re there to sort it out at no extra cost should it occur).

Should any incompatibility issues occur after the upgrades are completed, Mindwire will roll back to the latest backup prior to upgrading the website and then consult with The Client as to how to move forward. 

Adhoc rates will apply for any research, investigation or custom coding required to resolve any plugin conflicts or issues arising due to the plugin updates or core updates. Mindwire will consult with The Client prior to proceeding with any work that will incur adhoc rates.

The Client and/or Mindwire reserve the right to cancel the Care Plan at any time. 

The Care Plan does not include any website enhancements/additions, SEO, online marketing, adding functionality, adding or updating text/images/video/layouts, adding new pages, updating/delete existing pages or the addition/installation and set up of any new plugins. 

Should the client require any website enhancements/additions, adding functionality, adding or updating text/images/video/layouts, adding new pages, updating/delete existing pages or the addition/installation and set up of any new plugins, The Client understands that these requests will incur additional charges based on either a fixed price quote or adhoc rate as agreed between Mindwire and The Client.
