Mindwire Content Manager Components - Subscribe to Newsletter

The Subscribe component allows your website visitors to sign up to your newsletter or any other type of service you might like to offer.

 

The double opt-in method eliminates the chance of abuse where somebody submits somebody else's email address without their knowledge and against their will.

 

The double opt-in system built into the Mindwire Content Manager works as follows:

First, your website visitors enter their name and email address, and press submit.

They then receive an email requesting that they confirm their opt-in request by clicking on a customised link.

Once they do so, their details are recorded in the Mindwire Content Manager database. You are then also sent an email informing you that a customer has signed up.

 

If you want to export your recent subscribers, simply log into the Mindwire Content Manager admin section and press the "Save as CSV" link and your list of subscribers will be automatically exported into a CSV file for you.
