The Contact Form is an integral part of your website. It allows your customers to quickly and easliy send you an email directly from within your website.
Fully Customisable Form
The form can be customised to request any type of information from the customer, such as their email address, first and last names, company they work for, and how they found your website.
Each field can be designated as mandatory or optional. If a field is designated mandatory, the system forces the user to enter information for that field.
Automated "Thank You" email sent to the customer
When the user presses the submit button and all fields are validated correctly, the system automatically sends the user a "Thank you" email. This automated "Thank You" email is fully customisable.
Customer enquiry sent to your nominated email address
The system then sends the customer enquiry to your nominated email address.
Stopping Bogus Email Submissions
An important part of the Contact Form is its ability to filter out bogus customers. It does this by checking the email address they enter. If the domain of the email address does not exist, then the user is informed that their email address is invalid. All this is done in real time.
